Making A Purchase Ordering from Nailtopia couldn't be easier - just browse the Shop and put anything you would like to buy in your shopping basket. Once you've finished, click on 'checkout' where you will still be able to change your order. At the checkout, we will ask you for the information we need to send your order, including how you would like to pay. You can choose to pay by:

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD: You can buy from Nailtopia using credit and debit cards - we use Worldpay's secure service to process your card payment so your card details are safe. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, you can still place your order in UK £ as your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction into your own currency.

PAYPAL: If you already have a PayPal account, why not pay using PayPal?

CHEQUE: If you choose to pay by cheque, we will ask you to send a cheque before we send you your order. Cheques should be made payable to Nailtopia and sent to us at Nailtopia Ltd, 48 Barcombe Avenue, Streatham Hill, London SW2 3AZ.

When you have finished ordering, we will send you an email confirming that we've received your order. This email does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Orders received by 12.30 pm are shipped on the day they are received between Monday and Friday.

Orders under £50 are sent to you using Royal Mail's Fist Class service. This means you will normally receive your order within two days of ordering. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need confirmation that your order has been sent. Orders over £50 are sent using Royal Mail's Signed For/Recorded Delivery service and orders over £100 are mailed using Special Delivery.

If you want to ensure that your order arrives promptly, you can opt to 'Special Delivery' when checking out. If you want the security of a signing for your order, you can choose 'Recorded/Signed' for when checking out.
Delivery Schedule We will usually send out your order the day that we receive it, however there might sometimes be a slight delay. If you are placing an order in the UK, you should expect delivery within two to three days. If you are ordering from abroad, you should allow at least 7 days for delivery but this will vary according to your location.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will let you know when you can expect to receive it. You will always be contacted either by telephone or email with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you are not happy with the delivery date, you can choose to cancel your order and we will send you a full refund.
Tax Charges All prices stated on this site are inclusive of VAT. VAT is payable by all customers within the UK and Europe with the exception of customers based in the Channel Islands. VAT registered customers in Europe are exempted from paying VAT on Nailtopia orders if they have a valid EC VAT number. Customers buying from outside Europe are exempt from paying VAT. Credit Card Security Because we use Worldpay's secure payment service, all credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. This means that even we don't see your credit card details so you can be confident that they are secure!
Guarantee Our customers are always right - if you're not happy with your order, we will try to provide you with a suitable alternative or a no-quibble refund.
