Our office is open Monday to Thursday between 9.30 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. and closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Ordering from Nailtopia couldn't be easier - just browse the shop and put anything you would like to buy in your shopping basket. Once you've finished, click on 'checkout' where you will still be able to change your order.  At the checkout, we will ask you for the information we need to send your order, including how you would like to pay.

  • Email: just email your order to us at info@nailtopia.co.uk 

Accounts: When you place your order, we'll ask if you you would like to set up an account. Regular customers will find this really useful as it will enable our shop to:

  • remember your name and address details
  • save your shopping basket so that you can come back to it again without completing your order
  • remind you of items that you've bought before so that you can re-order them if you need them
  • set up a 'wish list' of all those things you'd like to buy...but maybe not just now!

The small print: When you  have finished ordering, we will send you an email confirming that we've received your order. This email  does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Stock availability:out of stock products are only shown on the website when we have a estimated delivery date for new stock. If you would like to receive email updates about new stock deliveries, please sign up for our email newsletter using the sign-up box on our home page.
