Christmas 2016: UK customers, please order before 12.00 on Wednesday 21st December if you need to receive your order before Christmas!
Shipping: We aim to ship orders by the day following receipt and in many cases will be able to ship your order the same day, if we receive it before 12.30.
We automatically ship nail stickers by first class post, so these should normally reach you the day after shipping. Orders containing heavier products such as nail varnishes are automatically sent by Royal Mail 48 so these should reach you within two days of shipping.
You can choose to upgrade your order to a first class service if you need to receive your goods more quickly!
Shipping nail varnishes: Please note that if you are ordering 4 or more nail varnishes, these must be shipped in separate packages in order to comply with Royal Mail's rules!
Please note that there are some products, such as nail varnishes and thinners, that we are not able to ship outside of the UK. If you order these from outside of the UK, we will cancel them from your order and refund you.
Also, a small number of Orly/China Glaze polishes are marked as non-stock items. These may take up to two weeks to ship and we will aim to get them to you as quickly as possible.
UK shipping costs: UK shipping is free for all orders over £10.00. Orders under £10.00 cost only £1.00 for p&p. If you prefer, we can ship your order by Recorded Delivery (£1.95) or Special Delivery (£6.49).
You can choose your shipping option at checkout.
All orders over £50 will automatically be sent by Recorded Delivery and all orders over £100 will automatically be sent by Special Delivery if you choose the Free shipping option.
First Class Delivery: usually this will arrive with you the day after we ship it, although in some cases it can take a little longer.
Royal Mail 48: usually this will arrive with you within two days of shipping, although in some cases it can take a little longer.
Recorded Delivery: No faster than first class post, but more secure if you live in a flat! Your postie will ask you to sign for items sent by Recorded Delivery. Orders over £50 are automatically shipped Recorded Delivery.
Special Delivery: orders over £100 are automatically shipped by Royal Mail's Special Delivery but you can choose this option for smaller orders when you check out. Special Delivery guarantees that your order will be delivered the day after we ship it so please remember that, for next day delivery, we need to receive your order before 12.30 and that we do not ship on Fridays!
Shipping to Europe: Orders outside of the UK are sent using International Airmail or International Signed For, depending on your location. This is free for orders over £35.
You will be able to see your shipping cost when you check out and opt for a tracked service for an additional charge. Larger orders may automatically be sent using a trackable service and may require a signature.
Any items that we are not able to ship outside of the UK (nail varnishes and thinners, for instance) will be cancelled from your order and refund to you.
Outside the Europe: Orders outside of Europe are sent using a tracked International Airmail service. You will be able to see your shipping cost when you check out.
We are not able to ship some items outside of the UK (nail varnish and thinners, for instance). Any prohibited items will be cancelled from your order and refunded to you.
We will automatically email you to let you know when your order has been shipped and you can check the status and progress of your order by logging into your account.

Returns Policy: If you're not happy with your order, don't worry as we opearate a 'no quibble' returns policy and try to make returns as easy as possible for you.
If you need to return an item just login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you have any problems using this system, just email us at email@example.com. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
